Appointments
The complete roster of officers serving the Tribunal. Every appointment on this page is recorded as a trust act in the public hash-chain ledger.
Why we publish this. A tribunal is only as credible as the people who sit on it. Every officer below is accountable in five ways — visible to anyone, with no privileged access required.
- Hash-chain ledgered. Each appointment is appended to
/mnt/secure-data/ledgers/tribunalwith a SHA-256 hash, anchored to Bitcoin via OpenTimestamps. The record cannot be back-dated or removed. - GPG identity. Tier 2+ officers register a GPG fingerprint at appointment. Every judgment they sign is verifiable against that key.
- Sworn Code of Conduct. Every officer agreed to the Tribunal Code of Conduct as a condition of appointment. The agreement timestamp is in the ledger.
- Recusal accountability. Every time an officer steps back from a case — for bias, conflict of interest, or any other reason — that recusal is counted publicly below.
- Anonymized by alias, not by office. We publish the PMA alias each officer chose. The personal name is private; the office is not.

Each row above corresponds to an appointment_granted event in the
Tribunal hash-chain ledger. The ledger is append-only, SHA-256 chained, and
anchored to Bitcoin via OpenTimestamps. To audit:
- Open the ledger excerpt for appointments — or filter by your own date range.
- Confirm the prior-hash chain links back to the genesis entry.
- Validate the OpenTimestamps anchor against the Bitcoin blockchain.
A tribunal whose officers cannot be independently verified is not a tribunal. It is a club.
