Against Whom

Your Testimonial

Describe what happened in your own words. State only facts you know to be true — what you personally observed or experienced. Avoid speculation. The more specific, the stronger the record:

  • What exactly happened — specific actions, specific words
  • Dates and times — as precise as you can recall
  • Locations — addresses, rooms, online platforms
  • People present — witnesses, others involved
  • Documents, messages, or recordings that exist
  • Amounts — money, property, harm caused

Minimum 20 characters. Specificity strengthens the record.

What is a Testimonial?

A testimonial is a sworn pre-litigation statement against a named party. It is not a case filing — no proceedings are initiated.

Your testimonial is:

  • Hashed — SHA-256 integrity proof
  • Timestamped — Bitcoin blockchain via OpenTimestamps
  • Ledgered — Tamper-evident hash-chain record
  • Confidential — Only Tribunal staff can view it

If multiple testimonials are filed against the same party, they strengthen the evidentiary basis for formal proceedings.
