Een klacht indienen

Tell the Tribunal who you are, who the complaint is against and what happened. After you submit, you are taken to the payment page for the filing fee.

All fields are required unless marked optional. You can attach documents in section 4.

Filing as

If filing on behalf of an organization, you must be a named officer who can swear to the facts. The covenant requires at least one natural human on each side of every case: your name goes in the caption, the organization is listed as principal.

The Tribunal sends your reference number and all notices to this address.

The tribunal staff may reclassify the case at Discovery. Your reference will be assigned as TRB-<TYPE>-<YEAR>-<NNNN> for easier tracking, for example TRB-CIV-2026-0001.
Minimaal 50 tekens. Wees grondig maar beknopt. Geef een gedetailleerde beschrijving van het geschil, met inbegrip van data, gebeurtenissen en relevante achtergrond.

    5 Urgency

    Emergency indienen vergoeding is 2x standaard tarief. Alleen gebruiken voor dringende zaken.
